I especially hate how he says that he's, "selective" because in the terms and conditions of raid shadow sponsorships they are required to say and do certain things and appear fake, the company goes as far as to tell the creator to lie to their audience essentially. If you dont believe me watch fact fiend's video on how not to do business part 3 or 4 I think. Nothing against the creator in the video but it's something that needs to be pointed out.

I feel like the quirk "Slide and Glide" in reality is "Repulsion" Which allows the user to repel, or completely ignore repulsion. It'd explain his projectiles, as it would be condensed air that he repels away, it'd explain the floating and gliding, as he's slightly repelled from a surface and in doing so reduces friction, but can also repel himself in any direction he desires. And sticking to surfaces is the absence of repulsion altogether, which results in sticking to a wall.

I think it's a Repulsion ability that also has a minor attraction ability. Or maybe he can reverse it to stick to things, but it is Repulsion.

Makes sense, we've seen other quirks that have names that really just describe 1 ability of that quirk. For example, captain celebrities quirk is called flight when in actuality its tactile telekinesis in the form of a telekinetic force-field around his body, which, among other things, he can use to fly.
