He Man Spin off Toys or cross over toys of He Man and Ninja Turtles?I doubt if there was any cross over cartoons between He Man and Ninja Turtles.

There haven’t ever been any official crossovers between the two brands until this action figure line. A few years back some comic book art was leaked that did show the 2 brands cross over, but the project was abandoned until now. Word on the street is that the next cross over brand will be Masters of the Universe and thunder cats next year.
