Fun! I used to make this type of thing when I was doing craft shows. Pretty. Made me laugh when said your husband asked what you wanted it for. My husband passed 10 years ago,but he loved to go too. He was the opposite though, he would be picking things up saying you could use this! He loved “junk” stores and dollar stores, etc. He even would go with me to meet my guilds, help with displays and have lunch with all the ladies. Happy memories. Thanks for sharing. May make some more - God knows - I have enough things made for more boxes. I have a KZbin channel too, mostly cross stitch now - but there are other things too. I am very eclectic - last video was a needle felled bear head pin. Thanks for sharing and happy crafting. ❤️ 🌸

Hi Again, I love this idea for repurposing old jewelry pieces. When I created the decorations for my wedding in 2017, I made decorations with the same components , except I used old brooches that I found at the thrift store. I scattered them around the tables to reflect the candle and tea lights. My colors were Jade, Ivory, and Black. Gold was my metallic. When I do my spring cleaning, I will repurpose clothing to used to give away. Tank you for a marvelous idea.

I enjoy every video you put out. This was a start of finding a use for my paper/stamping adventure, so I made my box and cards for earrings. I found cardboard protectors for baseball cards and stamped them with word definitions. I did have to trim them first, but that was easy. It came w/ 75 longer boards that split in half, so I got 150 cards for the cellophane envelopes. This whole project changed how I can present my jewelry. Beyond that, I love the canes, beads, and jewelry tutorials as well. Thanks for all you do.

What a fantastic idea! I have made several already. I have been looking for storage boxes for a desk drawer, but all the commercial ones were too big, not to mention expensive. LoL I also love going to the thrift store. I collect Bohemian bud vases. And I always find them at the thrift stores. They do not know what they have. I have picked them up for.99 cents. They are worth about $25.00 a piece depending on the shape they are in. Thanks for all you do for us & thanks for being a awesome teacher and sharing your talent with us. God Bless You ❤️

For the flower, if you take the fabric strip, fold it over, and machine baste that edge you glued, then you can pull on the basting strings to lightly gather or shir the edge. That's a trick eliminating the need to form pleats as you glue it to the felt backing.
