This run was surprisingly easy. I beat it my first try with an extremely sloppy run. Though I will admit, this is probably my closest to rain death ever.
If karma levels were unneeded, this would basically be completing the tutorial and going straight to moon the very next cycle.

Damn, you take the same path as I do but even I usually sleep at least once or twice before reaching Moon. To succeed you had to take really high risks at 0:42, 2:07 and 8:45, but if you had waited even a second to carefully avoid the threats you wouldn't have made it to the shelter at the very end. Also I dub this run the RockToMoon'sFace%

I don’t see any risks there. The greed lizard sees the slugcat for the first time, that’s why it is really disoriented and not hunting the slugcat aggressively. The vultures are pretty easy to avoid if you have just rocks in your hands or make bellyslides. And that monster kelp was just disoriented so it just can’t attack the slugcat. Common mechanics knowledge.

For me the most interesting part is that this is not even that hard to pull off. If you only spend enough time with this game and know the map. This can be even improved with some more efficient movement tech, because these were rather basic. But still, pretty nice run

(using area/room codes for convenience) Yes! It goes a little something like this: You first go to the CC-UW gate in the wall, take the right path if you don't want to deal with lizards (trust me, there are a lot), do the CC-HI gate, go to the bridge leading up to the HI-SH gate, take the gate. If I recall correctly, there should be a shelter branching off of SH_C03, and you should be able to sleep there, assuming you have enough food pips to do so. From there, head to the SH-SL gate, where there should be a shelter on either side. I'd recommend a lantern, but it isn't necessary to do this. That is, if you don't want Nomad. If you want Nomad here's how I did it: Go through the CC-UW gate, sleep in the CC_B04 shelter, don't take another shelter until HI_C13, go through the HI-SH gate, take the SH-C03 shelter, don't take another shelter until the SH-SL karma gate, and then take the shelter in the other side, and enjoy your passage!

It looks like this run was prepared for. They have the max karma level and have eaten a neuron fly. Eating a neuron fly will make you glow. You can either steal one from Moon, though she has so few, or wait to get to Pebbles. You can try to trade with Scavs for a lantern, instead.

the light is inconsequential, you can get through shaded easily without it. The main thing preventing you from instantly getting to her on cycle 1 is the karma gates. suppose you just chilled in outskirts until you had 5 karma and then ran for LTTM- that's what this video is.
