1. Quite helpful video. Sabke saath yadi yeh wali problem aaye toh sahi hai.. Hum log khud solve kar lengy... ;) 2. Maruti service k upar focus nahi karna chahti... Fact yeh hai k working force is unki first touch point hai hum customers k liye aur yeh log hi support nahi dete. 3. Yeh habit aapki acchi hai. Problem ko samjhne k and apne end se general way me rectify k.

Mere pass bhi dealer k yaahn s ek din call aaya tha. Battery check and software update ka.. Maine mana kar diya... Pata nahi kyu bharosa nahi tha.. Kisi din apne time par jakar yeh checking bhi karwa lunga... Saamne saamne... Toh kuch samajh me aayega.. Connections of battery

I am not sure, might be that I am unlucky or something, but I seem to face similar issues a lot. That is the reason I truly admire people sharing such things. It might seem a small issue but people at service center seem to work as if they are there to just ruin the name of the company. We can fix such things ourself but even a scratch there, and these beloved service centers would declare the part or whole car out of warranty.
