I called them and they were great about getting it dealt with. I received my new tire in two days with a credit for mounting.

Same experience, I wasn't worried about the recall since technically I had the tire ready for replacement, they still insisted so i got a new rear.. Currently riding in Utah with a few RM guys in my 2nd set of 2 track, holding up well!..new video soon and final review of 2nd set as well.
