the female was most likely long gone by the time this case went to court . most people who rent rooms in general only stay for just a few months . but i will say that ALL of them were not 100 percent honest , not even the female because she had to take the side of the homeowner or she would have been kicked out too . and i think what most likely happened is that both the defendant and the plaintiff were somewhat attracted to to female and the defendant wanted to kick the plaintiff out to get rid of the competition . she lied to the cops so she would not get kicked out of the house at that time . i base all this on my personal experience with the type of people who usually rent rooms and rent rooms out .

Milan! Why does it matter if the guy wasn’t prescribed a pain killer?? Tylenol and ibuprofen is all that’s given after child birth… that doesn’t mean damage wasn’t done and pain wasn’t incurred. Found that to be a strange question

Me too. I have very high pain tolerance. When I’m prescribed pain pills, I rarely take them
@Kat-bu3bn7 ай бұрын
I found it very suspicious because an orbital fracture is very painful. Part of your face is broken. That’s what I took away from that. What I don’t understand is why she didn’t ask him for medical records. That would have been his proof right there.
@GodismyFortressandmyDeliverer7 ай бұрын
Not to mention the majority of doctors have not been prescribing pain medicine since 2019 when the "Opiate" epidemic propaganda started being pushed. There is no doubt that there was an epidemic, but it was illicit Fentanyl and Oxycontin being shipped in from China, across the southern border with illegal immigrants (which were drug mules posing as asylees), and the Canadian border. Not to mention through several ports of call. Many individuals suffer from chronic conditions that induce chronic pain, and they are left without any solution to their predicaments while many doctors are in prison, stripped of their licenses all for taking care of their patients legally and medically appropriately. I agree that the matter of whether or not he was prescribed a painkiller has very little bearing on whether or not the damage was done since prescribing painkillers is not necessarily the first mode of treatment being given nowadays.
@amandabrown65657 ай бұрын
If that type of damage was done as he says, he would have been prescribed a very strong pain killer. Tylenol wouldn't do anything if he really had a fractured orbital bone and all that other stuff he said. He didn't even need stitches. So I think she asked that because if that type of damage really occurred, he would have been on more then just Tylenol. Also, here they do give pain meds after you give birth. They give them to you while you're in the hospital and send you home with some. They do give the lowest dose and low quantity unless you have a C-section.
@aerotaken53577 ай бұрын
@Kat-bu3bn She didn't ask for his evidence of medical records because it was a moot point - the statute of limitations had already expired before he filed his counterclaim. I also think she's seen/heard cases in her career with orbital fractures & has been told by experts how painful it is & what painkiller is typically prescribed.

But it does get annoying because as viewers we see it as the parties are always getting “cut off” and we don’t get the whole story because we never read the entire case like the Judge probably did or has access to.
