the female was most likely long gone by the time this case went to court . most people who rent rooms in general only stay for just a few months . but i will say that ALL of them were not 100 percent honest , not even the female because she had to take the side of the homeowner or she would have been kicked out too . and i think what most likely happened is that both the defendant and the plaintiff were somewhat attracted to to female and the defendant wanted to kick the plaintiff out to get rid of the competition . she lied to the cops so she would not get kicked out of the house at that time . i base all this on my personal experience with the type of people who usually rent rooms and rent rooms out .

The female tenant did leave. She had 7 cats (!), and found it unsuitable to live with this maniac. Please get it out of your head that there was anything going on between me and her. There was not. I advised this a**hole against bringing in a female, but he did so anyway. Bottom line, I was never attracted to her, and his sexual accusations are a low blow.

WHAT? The defendant enters the plaintiff's room in the middle of the night, yet says the plaintiff ambushed him, ha ha ha. But since we know that the defendant lied about a knife, he did get the plaintiff arrested with malice and therefore the plaintiff should have been compensated for that...

Milan! Why does it matter if the guy wasn’t prescribed a pain killer?? Tylenol and ibuprofen is all that’s given after child birth… that doesn’t mean damage wasn’t done and pain wasn’t incurred. Found that to be a strange question

I found it very suspicious because an orbital fracture is very painful. Part of your face is broken. That’s what I took away from that. What I don’t understand is why she didn’t ask him for medical records. That would have been his proof right there.
@GodismyFortressandmyDeliverer
@GodismyFortressandmyDeliverer 7 ай бұрын
Not to mention the majority of doctors have not been prescribing pain medicine since 2019 when the "Opiate" epidemic propaganda started being pushed. There is no doubt that there was an epidemic, but it was illicit Fentanyl and Oxycontin being shipped in from China, across the southern border with illegal immigrants (which were drug mules posing as asylees), and the Canadian border. Not to mention through several ports of call. Many individuals suffer from chronic conditions that induce chronic pain, and they are left without any solution to their predicaments while many doctors are in prison, stripped of their licenses all for taking care of their patients legally and medically appropriately. I agree that the matter of whether or not he was prescribed a painkiller has very little bearing on whether or not the damage was done since prescribing painkillers is not necessarily the first mode of treatment being given nowadays.
@amandabrown6565
@amandabrown6565 7 ай бұрын
If that type of damage was done as he says, he would have been prescribed a very strong pain killer. Tylenol wouldn't do anything if he really had a fractured orbital bone and all that other stuff he said. He didn't even need stitches. So I think she asked that because if that type of damage really occurred, he would have been on more then just Tylenol. Also, here they do give pain meds after you give birth. They give them to you while you're in the hospital and send you home with some. They do give the lowest dose and low quantity unless you have a C-section.
@aerotaken5357
@aerotaken5357 7 ай бұрын
@Kat-bu3bn She didn't ask for his evidence of medical records because it was a moot point - the statute of limitations had already expired before he filed his counterclaim. I also think she's seen/heard cases in her career with orbital fractures & has been told by experts how painful it is & what painkiller is typically prescribed.

IMO...When people destroy items on purpose...You should get what it costs to replace the item...Doesn't matter if it is 50 years old...If it takes 1000 to replace it then that is what they should get. Some items are more expensive simply because they are older...Really old computers and such which are essentially paperweights now...Sell for a lot of money for nostalgia...

She probably read their court papers and any declarations, police reports, pictures, proofs, etc so she just needed to ask questions for clarifications. She would have them re-state the “fight” or “eviction” to see if they mess up in their stories or whether she believes the Plaintiff or Defendant more than the other. But it does get annoying because as viewers we see it as the parties are always getting “cut off” and we don’t get the whole story because we never read the entire case like the Judge probably did or has access to. But I’m sure if they showed everything, the show would end up with a Part 2, 3, 4 etc and that’s too long for a court case TV. lol

I don’t care what the LAW says, I will NEVER allow a squatter or pervy *alleged tenant to stay or re-enter. No shame in taking a stand for your property and simply taking the judicial hit of fines and possible jail time. Getting the tenant(s) OUT, IS the win.

And how do you plan to "force" them out? You CANNOT touch them or their property. You HAVE to go through the courts to evict a squatter. It's not as easy as you think. You can't even threaten them without breaking the law and hurting your case.

It’s simple LOCK THEM OUT. I don’t have to go to court prior to moving them out if I choose to disobey the law just like the crazy leech squatter. What I may have to do is pay the consequences in court there after. If they don’t HAVE to leave. I DONT HAVE to let them stay. IF YOU choose to be a landlord victim that’s on you. But “respecting” the law that has no qualms about giving away MY rights AND property while waiting on the uncaring courts. No, I DON’T HAVE to do THAT. Just like this guy didn’t. Now he lives free of the crazy. Landlord WIN.

Only in children. Adults don't generally follow those guidelines. Many, many neurodivergent people can't look in people's eyes. Like me. An adult will stare right into your eyes and lie.
