I appreciate what he has done... but what if something happens to the single father, who will take care of the kid?? in case of couples.. there will be a mom to take care of the kid... assuming the grandparents are no more or too old to care for the kid.... Indian me surrogacy law change ho gye hai , ab single male , female and LGBTQ or unmarried couples vale log surrogate child peda nhi kar skte hai . Only indian married couples hi surrogate child krva skte hai . Isme bhi condition hai ki surrogate krne vali female unaki known honi chaiye jiska pahle se ek baby ho or vo puri life me ek bar hi surrogate mother ban skti hai . India me surrogate law bohot hard ho chuke law brake krne par 10-12 lakh ka jurmana or 10-12 year ki jail ki punishment hai .
