Note: After the underpass and dropping the wraps off nth index, I am inconsistently hooking the string with either my thumb or index on nth in video. While it doesn't affect the trick, it's more correct to hook with nth index. So at 3:57, hook with nth index instead of nth thumb. I do ot correctly again at 4:41
