@@deecizmadia4609 It's something called "bulky-weight" yarn. You can, most-likely, find it at craft stores and maybe at walmart. Most of my bulky weight yarn is from walmart or hobby lobby.

I made this but my big mistake was using bulky polyester yarn. It stretched almost to my knees when I put my phone in it. Lol. Starting again tomorrow using acrylic but may have to double strand as I only have 4 gauge. Any advice on which yarns are best for bags?

Howdy! There shouldn't be a hole in the middle... At the end of binding off, the last stitch should be attached to the first one (I am not sure if you are referring to that)

If you did not understand me, i mean there should be 2 holes right? The opening of the bag and then the 'hole' that I am referring which is the bottom of the bag which should be stitched. Before we stitch it, there should be a hole right?

I did 20 rounds (including the two that you start with, and there's no way with a size 6 yarn to reach 20cm in length. At most it's only 10cm long. :S
