Discuss the negative affects of this-- ie how it is regressive- COULD WIDEN INCONME INEQUALITY- if this exists. This mnight worsten peopel alrady POOR FIANCES-- ie coudl affect the 10% fo people in tbhe Uk who cufrrently, live in absolute poverty??- Doesa this sound good to discuws in an exam. - Thanks
