Hello, I have imported all the relevant libraries and modules and same code but no images are plotted in my console. Using same environment as shown in the video (Anaconda/Spyder). And also no luck with displaying the "Osteosarcoma.tif' images.

On the rightmost side of the spider window there are three horizontal line menu, click on that and the uncheck Mute Inline Plotting, your problem will be resolved.

How to start with a clear variable explorer? I always see some variables like c_, e, index_exp, pi, r_ etc.... when I made a new .py file.

Just click the button that says 'Remove all variables'. It looks like an eraser at the top of the variable explorer.
