Tutorial: 3D fabric flowers

A sUPER easy way to add some spice to your projects is 3D florals. This method is by purchasing hobby store flowers, like those at Michael’s or Jo-Ann’s and removing the plastic bits, sewing-or gluing- the flower together and then stitching it onto the dress.
These flowers hold up EXTREMELY well to washing, and are made of heat pressed polyester, meaning they are already a type of textile, just treated differently than clothing!
They make excellent additions to your wardrobe and last a long time.
