Tutorial - Basic fills for graffiti letters

Glad to see you using THE BOOK to show some basics! Also, very glad that you showed that one marker is really two or even three different shades depending on how many times you allow it to dry and go back in again. Very easy to get good fades this way. Also, use the lightest color to draw back into the darker shades... Mellows the fade tremendously and naturally. Great little demo on some fun pieces. You've been knocking these videos out lately! Digging the dedication to carry on the tradition and get these newer artists running! Yes mate, I'm getting contacted by quite a few youngers who want some coaching on this stuff. It might speed their journey up a bit. When we were running around starting out we had nothing but the bite to help us out and that wasn't much! I'm managing to post regularly at the moment and loving it. Hopefully it'll continue for awhile.

Loving it. My mentors in the early nineties showed me everything they knew after I showed up everyday for months to sketch with them. Such a chill vibe. Lots of amazing hip hop and smoke in the air. I remember my first floater. It sucked. But, I remember it well. No matter how much I learned back then, I'm still learning new stuff everyday. I can't believe how many graffiti dedicated products are available now. Hell, if we wanted a big drippy mop we had to invent something that 'kinda' worked. And the f'n amount of paint and caps available... !!! It's a totally new game at this point. I would give a lot to go out and play with all of this cool sh|+! Full circle, I wish I had this kind of access to all of the content and tricks and tips these younger artists are getting. And for free no less! You're doing your part, for sure. I hope they appreciate it! Most people wouldn't take the time or make the effort. You can be a guardian of the tradition and bring others up at the same time. I've said plenty. Good on ya man!

Idk if it bothers anyone else but that marker on the paper make this almost unwatchable for me… maybe a voiceover would be a good way to go.? That is if it bothers other ppl. Just a thought.
