21 keys isn't ported for reasons so it's not possible unless you did it yourself then you would have to change the function and other things so it's kinda complicated

I might add them at some point, but the reason I haven't added them yet is because I don't want people to over use them in mods, i only added the 10 keys into the god eater mashup because I wanted a reason to credit death insurance (Vice on youtube), since most people don't know he created the 21k mod (not gonna say any names, but there are other youtube channels that claim to have made the 21k mod, and don't credit death insurance. i felt kinda bad for him and wanted to do something about it)

probably, the main thing that's different between them is the input code, everything else will probably work straight away, it depends how different mic'd up's code is for note.hx and chartingstate.hx
