Fabulous tutorial, I found you by chance as I have bought this paper pack but didn’t know what to do with it, so I searched carta Bella Halloween paper and your videos popped up...I have subscribed to your channel and look forward to seeing more of your work 🥰ps. The space in your closure appears to be called a gusset by other crafters

Do you have a community page somewhere? I am making this album and would love to chat with some folks for advice. I’ve been doing this for YEARS and still can’t tell the difference between 80lb and 65lb. (I don’t have black 110) So I made this whole album on 65lb. I am thinking about adding some chipboard to the spine for stability. But I also wanted to know if I just layered it up with some 110lb (all I have is white) as a mat before I decorate if that would be sturdy enough. Regardless, I will figure something out. I love this layout so much and your do as you go style works so well for me. I can’t wait to try several more of your tutorials. Thank you.

Hi there and thanks for the great feedback! I was thinking about starting a Facebook page so you are definitely nudging me there! I would maybe add some binding to the spine using decorative paper if you don’t have black just to add that stability to the outside of the album. I don’t think layering up will help as I think it’s more the spines I would worry about. If you are using Carta bella paper it is pretty thick and you can use some of the nice patterns on the binding so it doesn’t mess up your look. Hope this helps!

Hi Debbie, I think I may have intended to put them in and totally forgot! It got to be a bit time consuming so I never went back to do it but I guess I forgot I mentioned it in the video. Sorry about that, and thank you for your kind words! I am working on some new videos after being away from it for a bit. Finally feeling inspired again! Hope you like them!

I use 3/8” tape on half inch folds as I find 1/4” too narrow, if that helps...

Thanks 😊 I bought a bunch of 1/2 inch tape and I want to use it up but it’s definitely a bit too wide. Going with 3/8 on my next order but hate to waste
