Thanks for the video helps out on the use of the Cold System, so if I understand in the MCM of the Cold System lower values more dangerous make more difficult to manage where as higher values make it less difficult? Good Job my friend

@dOOmERdaZe Yeah, default is 1. If you want campfires to warm you up faster, set the multiplier to higher, like 1.5 or 2 You can also lower the chance of getting a fever. Just choose lower value

Hey, I just downloaded and started my first game. At first, I disabled this cold system, planning on enabling it later. I noticed that, when I disable it, the stamina bar is not green anymore, even when I am standing still. I tested and it seems that I can run forever, forrest gump style. Did I do something wrong? Thank you for the amazing setup!

The disable button in Cold System is not working properly. To disable it, just lower all the values to 0 in MCM. the default is 1 when you want to enable it again. Did you install the Update 1.0? If you did, go to game settings and in HUD disable "auto hide stamina" or else the stamina bar will not be displayed correctly. Update 1.0 gives you Stalker 2 style of HUD At the beginning of the game, if you are not carrying a lot of weight, you can run longer without draining stamina.

Oh yeah btw, aside sitting on campfires to rest Can i still recover in some safer places like houses, rad 100 bar, or any safe havens that has no campfires but it has lights and electricity,etc

Staying indoors is also a positive factor and will lower cold value (blue bar) Sunny weather also has positiv values, a better outfit, and having some artifacts can also help with cold. You can increase the positive values in MCM from 1 to higher number to reduce the cold faster.

@cinemadario I haven't tried. I usually wait a few days and see if you plan to update at all and drop a new file. You were talking about some stuff you want to add. If you don't like the "gun down" animations on the Retrogues guns you should look into the lower sprint animations mod. I am sure you are smart enough how to figure out how to add exclusions because some of the pistols can get goofy.

Is anyone experiencing constant freezing during combat?

@ seems like the game freezes completely for a few seconds when in a gunfight. Not sure what’s causing it but I am using a AMD GPU and I remember this being a problem on Gamma a few years ago but was resolved.

@ResetIncoming Things that can help with stuttering and freezing are to install the game on a fast SSD, have faster memory. In gunfight the game is loading lots of weapon sound that have to allocated quickly. A slower drive and memory can make the game freeze until the sounds are loaded, so cpu can play them. Check in the startup window if you have the "prefetch sound" box checked.

@@cinemadario I have the game installed on a nvme drive and my ram is 32GB at 3600MHZ. I might have to hunt for the no stutter patch for anomaly

@@ResetIncoming Is HD models used here? Loading them in can cause stutter/almost freeze. I would disable them and see what happens IF they are.
