I don’t know if this works as it’s hard to get case off and you can possibly dislodge case for good .. just clean the charging connect on the buds as something could be lodged where the connectors charge .. that’s what happened to me

Why the hell do you have to do all this? These should charge without issues. I had the same issues with UA JBL now my I have JBL reflect for only a few days and it's not charging properly. Don't get JBL stay away!

Having charging issues with the JBL Tune 125 TWS myself, straight out of the box... and they already were a replacement pair because my first unit had a faulty left earbud (couldn't pair to the right one). Really done with JBL at this point. Buds at this price point shouldn't have such glaring QC issues.

I totally agree with both of you. I myself own reflect flow but have the same issue when I contacted the retailer I was told that electronic pieces don't have warranty they are like humans . anytime you can fall and go straight up. But the site and manual in the box states that they will exchange buds with new ones but with two conditions. Number one the new ones will be refurbished and number two you will have to pay the transportation fees from their manufacturing area to your location.so yeah with a heavy heart and a sigh that my money is wasted. Don't repeat the same mistake and don't never ever buy jbl.

When i was put the upper thing back it wont fit, and not properly stick into the case.

Make sure the 4 holes sit on top of the 4 metallic charging poles nicely. Then, just apply pressure on the side.

If you can't, use a hair dryer on medium heat around the edges of the charging case. The adhesive will give way and it should be good to go.

@@GuitarVEV0 how long with the hair dryer, I could hear the adhesive crackling but still cannot pull it up and I’ve even tried wedging a knife into it

Try using a ruler in between the spaces to pry open.
