Got this app 2 years ago. Have a 60yo lathe needing 'love'. Now, using the app, ready to cut a crossfeed LH thread nut. Found few gears to suit, but checked up alternatives. Found it very helpful. Thanks for this.

The option of creating a table in Step 5B has been improved by allowing you to enter a list of pitches and it lists results for them all. (eg all the common metric pitches in mm and these are given as an example). This way you can quickly see whether the gears you own will produce the threads you may need. If not you can experiment with adding another gear, before you go out and buy it.
