Hi all, thanks for the video, very helpful! One question: I have panoramas setup with multiple hotspots that start different 360 videos, the problem is that once the 360 video that i clicked on plays, it automatically starts playing the other ones that have their own hotspots instead of going back to the original panorama where i selected the 360 video. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you!

Hi Louis-Philippe. You can also publish as standalone file for local (offline) playing.

I am having trouble positioning the hotspot, I can only change the dynamic hotspot after every 6 seconds of the video. why so?

Your video doesn´t have enough keyframes. You need to republish with a video editor and set keyframes every second at least.

Is it possible to switch scene to another video with hotspots? Like a virtiual tour with 360 videos with hotspots instead of only 360 panoramas with hotspots?

I'm having troubles on uploading the videos, its says "Format or compression not supported", but it's a .mp4 clip stitched on the Samsung Gear 360 software, what could have gone wrong in this case?

Hi Rafael, In that case, please send a bug report from inside the software right after you received that error message (Menu - Help - Report Bug). Also please send us an email to [e-mail] with a link to the video so we can see what might be wrong with it.
