Can we export images of these networks to insert them into a research paper? and Is it possible to perform statistical analysis to the values of closeness or betweenness centrality?

The social networks I mention in the video have changed their access rules since I made that video, but yes, Kumu does calculate closeness and betweeness centrality.

yes, but you'd have to do a lot of processing of the WhatsApp data to get it into the right format.

Yes - it works with your personal network, public groups, and the groups you belong to.

Why is NodeXL basic which is free can not extract data from twitter
