No this is a android 14 issue where it is not letting people edit system configs it just keeps saying "unexpected failure: Your system software has rejected this edit.

u can't unfortunately weather u r dev is rooted or not but u can use abd or if u r rooted then u can use terminal emulator with "su" command....that's the only way to change the android properties for adb/ladb - setprop hw_screen_freq 60/90/120 for terminal emulator (root) - first type *su* then enter then setprop hw_screen_freq 60/90/120
