Dude really? This man has probably put in years of work into making and developing this, it’s his business. Let alone making it again and again, selling to customers. Asking for the plans to make it yourself is like stealing his business from him.

If I measure my plastic mini sax to 15 3/4" the mouthpiece is just barely on and leaks all around. Is the Steel one longer?

Gary B correct, stainless steel is longer. PVC distance should be 386mm.

It wouldn’t be in tune. Might be possible to get it in tune with a straight neck, but will require a lot of testing and experimentation.
