Doesn't work for me I'm afraid. When I select text box and insert that then try to drag it over the image, the image just moved down, so the text can't be placed over the image...??

How do you move text on image when you use the Layout Option?

Should have mentioned how to "group" the image and the text box so you can move them around the page and resize them as one unit.
