thank you for making a succinct straightforward instructional video. My sync module died for no reason. Spent an hour with customer service who determined I needed a new one. They did not tell me how to switch them out so this was perfect.

All the old Amazon Cam subscription plans got automatically terminated after they discontinued the service.

I lost my sync module. I dont have access to the QR code or serial anymore. I cant remove it and I also cant remove the cameras that were bound to it. What do I do?

That is a very good question, so as long as you have your receipt or even the box of the lost Sync module you can enter the serial number manually. Mines requires the serial number to delete
