@@kavyaji2325 Are you having a problem accessing to KZbin video? Did you install NetMiner and SNS Data Collector? if not, please install NetMiner and Social media collector on www.netminer.com/download_buy/download/download-readList.do. And then run NetMiner and click the menu Extension. After running SNS Data Collector, you can see the menu Help > Open manual.

I'm sorry being late. you need to install extension seperately after installing NetMiner. You can download a setup file for extension www.netminer.com/download_buy/download/download-readList.do.

Hi, could you please describe your problem in details? What is the related content? menu 'Extension'? Or do you mean data collector is terminated when you click 'start'? If possible, please send an e-mail to [e-mail] with some captured images and description.

Hi, thank you for your video. It is quite amazing. I have just download a trial version, but somehow I did not see the Extention button. Therefore, I just wonder if that is for paid version?

Sorry to respond your question late. Extension is for free for 7 days since you install it. Could you please download and install the extension setup file? you can see the setup file on www.netminer.com/download_buy/download/download-readList.do. And then you need to run NetMiner again and can see menu 'Extension'

I can´t run the data collector, when I try with Facebook I receive a message about an error accessing the app, and when I try with Twitter it doesn´t appear nothing.
