I don't know my flute is not good or what but the whole tune is perfect but when I try to play Sa' ni dha pa ma the shift from pa to maa doesn't match with the sound you play ma hits different 😢😢

This shift will take u alot of time when u shift from ma to pa just don't move ur finger from the last 3 hole it would be easy

I have been QL tightness for a while without knowing it. I tried multiple exercise regimes including the McGill Big three but none of them really worked in relaxing my low back. However, this video was a life saver and really helps my low back relax. Thank you for this The tightness keeps coming back though, i would love to know more about the rootvcause and fix it
