Just a quick FYI if anyone got an error message that it could not complete the operation when trying to do the bulk upload as I did. I found a help community that suggested making a copy of your Canva design and then uploading to the new copy. Not sure why - but that worked.

To make this a bit faster (3:51) you import the info into a text doc then use turn text into table, use (") to separate the columns. It would put the name in it's own column for you. then you copy the table into the spreadsheet. :)

When you create the design in Canva search "Pinterest Pin" and it will come up with the correct size :) You should be able to continue the rest of the steps as normal xx

Great question!! Technically YES you can post them to Facebook - it's not the most ideal though as when someone views the post on computer Facebook will add a coloured margin to the edges (all fine on mobile though).

You can select to schedule different pages :) So you shouldn't need to separate into different files, just select you want to schedule page 5. Hopefully that works!

Jacqui thanks for sharing I know how to create in canva but uploading the CV file and the rest of your demonstration didn't quite make sense.... when I upload to Canva I find that Canva seems to permit a small amount of my uploads to be on the roster...I also notice that Canva image pages I have viewed previously seem to take highest priority for Canva and so I would love to see this video again but the uploading CS file and merging aspect in a dedicated video

Amazing to have you here Tracy!! 💜 great question, I’ve just added this as a topic I’ll cover soon! But in essence, even though we can add a link in canva, it doesn’t mean the platform will hold it. Ie. Image files don’t carry links, only PDFs do (and PDFs can’t be loaded onto social platform feeds as images). If you want to share a link on Instagram you need to either add a “link sticker” on stories or direct people to click on the link in your bio. On Facebook you can add links to the caption of your posts, but again, not on the images. I hope that helps. I’ll try Release a video on it next Friday xx

I have been trying to make this work for hours. My spreadsheet in google, when I copy and paste, the text is really faded, and I am unable to highlight the credits, or paste them in a separate column. . I have tried in numbers, and it copies the quotes vertically instead of horizontally. :(

Try asking ChatGPT to place them in columns for you. "So ask something like: gather 15 quotes on sunshine and lay it out in 2 columns. The first column should have the quote, the second column should have the author/credit" And make sure when you're pasting into google sheets that it's pasting WITHOUT the formatting. I didn't have an issue with this but it could help fix your issue if it's still coming up. When pasting, right click and navigate to "paste special" and try pasting values only. Good luck!!

Nope, not in canva that I’m aware of unfortunately. You’d have to do one per page, then export the designs then upload and lay out each one onto a bigger page

So the bulk creation with different backgrounds currently only works with images, not videos. I spent HOURS on this today. The only work around is to let it duplicate all the videos that you DIDN'T want and then delete the ones you don't want to have the "leftovers" as the ones you wanted.
