Arthur is a supermodel. He was in all the shows in the mid 2000s to the mid 2000 teens. He’s one of the few models from this time that dominated print and runway. You can tell he’s a pro bc he asks about NW45 which they prob used on him as an accent for a more tan look that prevailed in those ultra masc shows like dsquared and dolce.

Allan uses primer to mattify the skin, not build makeup on the face. So, it makes it look natural.

He does this to matify the skin sometimes this helps to lock the products and prevents from oils from spreading to your skin.But if you want to build up and make the foundation last longer then use it before.
