Why does Nolan's ultimate buff because the yellow energy adds drastically to the additional damage of skills 1 and 2. So, after = Passive Nolan - skill 1 - skill 2 - skill 1, if Nolan's yellow energy runs out, the ultimate adds more yellow energy. Maybe Nolan would be better off using Fleeting Time for the ultimate for more enemies, because every time an enemy is eliminated, the ultimate cooldown duration is used more quickly.
