if system is properly maintained, while using SIL-20A autosampler's series there's no need to open LC-20A(x) pump drain valve when performing Auto Purge function from LCsolution: autosampler switch a bypass way with LPV through the drain of SIL-20A to avoid the hydraulic piping flowing through the chromatographic column. Open the drain valve only when operating the Purge directly from LC-20A(x) pump keyboard
