IMPORTANT: i forgot that outrageous crown DOESENT have 3x hp its just that it has aton of damage defense (around 62%~) for anything non fire related, which makes its hp close to 3x

grind the first or second stage of the untitled event, i got him in the first stage

randomizer is VERY helpful for outragous enemies... at the cost of getting maybe TOO MANY of the outragous you're looking for(i got 2 outragous freezers in 1 wave and died)
