Tutorial~ Paper Rosette

First THANK YOU for your video you rescued me on how to make these rosettes! I was using vellum scored at 1/4" and it was easier for me to score first at 1/2" turn paper over then score at 1/4" and it helped with the folding. I also cut the strip at 3", scored then cut at 1 1/2". Thanks. FYI take care of that scoring board I just heard it has been discontinued.

Thank you for the tutorial. I also wanted to tell you I watched Marla's video of the beautiful book you made her. It is breath taking. You work is fabulous. I told her I would really pass out if someone took the time to make me beautiful book like that. I do pocket letters. scrap booking, flip books and I did my first December Daily 2015. I am getting things here and there for my December Daily of 2016. I just LOVE crafting. I did order a junk journal from practice makes pretty and it is the old fashion christmas and she did an amazing job. I am trying to make my own junk journals but it isn't coming out anything like what I see on YT! Gosh if you would ever love to do a PL swap please let me know. I know you have been saving and getting your teeth and things done but if you have time I would love to swap with you. Happy Crating Tricia

Great tutorial, esp on the different sizes. I also like how you glue the back down. Much easier without burning fingers. I'll try that. 👍🏻 One tip I learned when gluing the accordion strips together is to place the glue on the underside of the one piece that forms a hook (mountain peak) in the join, so your seamline ends up on the fold (inside a valley) and not a peak and then you can't see them so easily. Hope that is of use to you, too. 😊💕
