This is my fingerstyle arrangement of The Wolven Storm, better known as Priscilla's Song from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Check out the original video here: bit.ly/priscill...
Guitar tunning is DGCFAd (EADGBe - 1 step whole/tone lower). You can play the song in standard tunning too, but if you want to play along with the original song, you'll have to tune your guitar to DGCFAd. I recommend you learn the arrangement by parts, and then play everything together. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me in the comment section :)

Nah man, start practicing it now!! It's hard, but if you put in 30 minutes a day on this piece, it becomes easier and easier. Trust me, too many people think beginners should practice the "easy" stuff, but if the hard stuff is what you want to play, then practice that.

I have a question, if you dont mind: Can someone, who knows more about Guitars than me, tell me the difference about a Classical Guitar vs. Acoustic Guitar vs. Western Guitar? Or are they all the same, just with different names... And which Guitar would fit that "folk" kind of style the best? Classic guitar has nylon strings, they're soft and they sound deep (you can hear in video) Acoustic guitar has metal strings, they sound very loud and bright, but if you're newbie you will obviously hurt your fingers (requires some callosity to handle it). Western guitar is just sub-type of acoustic guitar with different design.

Technically any guitar (or other) unamplified (string) instrument is acoustic... In practical terms people say classical guitar for a guitar with Nylon strings and most of times with a full 'pear' body and a thicker arm (easy for the left hand press and the right hand play each string separately) and acoustic guitar for an steel string guitar with a slender arm, easier from struming and/or pick playing, in general more 'modern' body designs (like cutways to make easier to access higher notes), you can have also an electric acoustic (same acoustic but with electrical captation capabilities).

+Albert Gyorfi I have two questions: 1. What do the arrows mean? 2. At the beginning of the first bar it says that you play the bottom string and the three highest strings at once but in the video I can only see you pluck the lowest and the highest string at once, am I wrong?

+Connor Leon The arrows means "arpeggio". That means you don't pluck the strings at once, but you pluck them in the order the arrow shows. You're not wrong xD At 1st bar, you pluck the bass and then the first 3 strings. In the tabs it shows that you have to pluck the bass(low note) and the first 3 strings, but yes.. you can see me playing just the bass and the first string. That happens because I made the tutorial after I made the tabs, and I didn't have the tabs in front of me when playing the song.. But from these 2, any way you'll play it, it will sound well. It depends on what sound you like the most :) The main note is on the first string here, and the 2nd and 3rd strings are just harmony in this case :) You can play either how I play, or play by tabs.. or try different strings and play how you like it :)

I just got an issue in the first part with the fingering at -5- -3- ---- -0- ---- I'm not novice, but i'm also not blessed with the longest joints. I hardly reach the 5th fret with my pinky. Hey, this tab works for standard too. In my video, I played the same tab, but I tuned the guitar one whole step lower (EADGBE -> DGCFAD) in order to match the pitch of the original song. You can play this tab in standard tuning :)

Hey! I'm not sure if I understand your question, but the entire song is in 4/4 measure. The numbers I write in the beginning are referring to which bars of the tabs to play for each section (intro, verse, chorus..) I hope it helps :)

It’s basically standard tuning, tuned 1 tone lower, so it matches the key of the original song. From standard, tune down 1 tone (=2 semitones) the strings, in the following order: E -> D (-2 semitones) A -> G (-2) D -> C (-2) G -> F (-2) B -> A (-2) e -> d (-2)
