In the procedural eyelid, your not actually moving geometry, so I'll need to think about that. I'll let you know if I come up with something. I'm just finishing a tutorial for eyelashes with geometry node eyelids (kzbin.info/www/bejne/hGGUdH-Gi557iLM), which works well. Stay tuned for that.

@@dadscastle Hope you use Daisy duck as a perfect example for feminine eyelashes.

After some experimenting, I created eyelashes using a plane for the eyelash base and a boolean modifier with the eyeball to create an oval. Then delete the two vertices (less than 0) to cut the oval in half for the base curve. The rest of the eyelash is pretty much the same, but needed to modify the procedural eyelid a bit to synchronize it with the eyelash curve when opening and closing. I'll post something more detailed soon.
