Tutorial - Register anatomical to functional data for partial brain coverage

In this video I am showing how to quickly register a whole brain T1 weighted MRI data onto the partial brain coverage functional MRI data using regions of interests to drive the automatic registration.

Thanks Faruk. What would be the additional steps to get the ultimate registration? Do you use any tools to quantify the registration between multiple functional data sets?
