Haven’t played lacrosse since high school, 4 years ago, and looked at this tutorial for my stallion u head cuz I haven’t replaced the mesh for 4 years. Pocket came out great! Even though I don’t play, Greg always comes with these dope tutorials to make lax heads look dope

I usually use knots for the first three diamonds, but drop it one hole lower than normal to get a super tight and firm outer mesh around the channel. This results in better ground balls and a consistent throwing pocket.
