Tutorial | Season of Chic Fancy Fold

I absolutely love your card! I live in the U.S. and I do not know the metric measurements. I tried to convert, but did not do well. I will continue to try it. Thanks so much!

So glad you like the card. I discovered that metric and non-metric card are not the same size so it's not just an issue of naming. An inch is 2.5 centimetres. When I'm trying to convert from a non-metric design, if straight converting doesn't work, I think about how the folds work and test it out on some card that doesn't matter. Hope that helps. :-)

I love this fun fold card and worked out some imperial measurements to fit a piece of cardstock 11x5.25 inches. Score the long edge at 4" 6.25" 8.5" and 9.75". Your dsp panels should be 5 x3.75 ", 5 x 2" and 5 x 1". Back mounting piece should be 5.5 x 4.25 to fit a standard card envelope.

Oh, thank you for working that out Gillian! It's not as easy as just converting the measurements as A4 is not the same size as the imperial card. This will be really helpful for imperial users!
