Thanks for explaining how the Automa chooses which hibernation chamber to place its "dead" workers in. Never quite got the gist of what the rule book was saying about it. Also, I think you are the only one who I've heard refer to the spent workers as "dead", makes sense though

I'm glad you found it helpful! I think calling them dead is a hold out from playing Teotihuacan where your workers age until dying. 😆

Im excited to pick this up. Next on my list along with the Nesting box for wingspan.

I hope you enjoy when you get it. I still need to buy Wingspan.

@@tabletopforone oh man! Wingspan is so good. I had actually cooled on it, but then bought the digital version on Steam and started seeing the different strategies. I just bought the last two expansions and added Oceania tonight. Totally changes the game, not sure if better or just different so far. But once you get into some of the different engines it becomes a lot of fun. I really like how repayable it is and it's not a basic game by any means. Solo mode is also very good. Next date out I think my wife and I will take Asia and play the coop version at a Cafe.

@86Disab I wonder if I should start with the Asia version? Either way, I look forward to playing it someday.

@@tabletopforone haven't played Asia yet to comment, but I've heard the solo is a little more clunky than the base game. If you'd play with more than 2 people it's definitely worth picking up the base game.

When you taught the dance, you forgot to put your action token on the Queen's Favour space...
@tabletopforone8 ай бұрын
Are you referring to ownership of the dance? Since it's solo, only the player can own and use a dance. So, there is no need to put the token on there.

Whilst I get the time saving aspect of placing the planet tiles face down on setup, this defeats the object somewhat. The idea is that the the controlling player can decide where to go based on their worker strength and then place the tile at that time, thus making it random each time for a better experience. The way you've done it, they are set in stone, no matter the direction the players take when exploring.

I personally see it no different than them being shuffled in a stack. Either way they are randomized. But, by all means disregard my suggestion 🙂
