I think they decided to just have Willie do the touring since it's more economical. I doubt they would get paid more as a touring duo and their travel costs would be much higher.

What about the subbass. How do you specifically, mix the sub bass in so that when you are done mastering, the sub is still gigantic and hasn't lost all its power due to the bass patch confliction in the low end or all other tones interfering with it?

i am giant fans of y'all but there's always something odd in your mixdowns that i've noticed. it's that realllly oversquashed multiband dynamic setting, i think. try finding something other than that multiband technique during the mixdowns and let the mastering... with the ott or whatever do that job. compression should be nearly invisible during the mixdown, imho. keep up the great work. i'm glad y'all teamed back up
