Glad I came across your video. I've had a box full of smal IC amplifiers that I've salvaged from various computer speakers, and small boom boxes, and realized I had a few tda2282m chips. I've been studying the layouts of the circuit boards to figure them out. I'm glad that you went through the components, and explained why they're used, and what they do. Thank you.

I haven't made an amplifier circuit for tape head so I can't give an exact answer, sorry.

I'm learning this ic too, brother. I use 1k5 resistor before the each input pin (pin 6 and pin 7). And i use 1k resistor rather than 10k resistor from input pins to the ground. And i put the 1k to the ground before and after the 1k5 resistor. I use 220uf ouput cap. The 100% volume level results "crack" sound on the speaker. But on 90%, the sound is amazing. But the bass is reduced too. I plan to reduce the input volume with 220ohm resistor (as a fix full volume). I realize that my circuit has no input cap to block the dc things. Thanks for the explanation. Could you analyze the bridge circuit (mono) related using this IC? I've not succeed building the bridge. Related the maximum recomended value also. I like the way you analyze the circuit. Giving the summary about the recommended value and the effect of using bigger and smaller value. 😊🙏

Probably really minor differences, but the pin order must be the same.

Depends on what tools you own, do you have bench power supply, oscilloscope and multimeter?

@@andersonmatos1088 It's not so easy with a multimeter, if you have a known good IC you can compare the unknown ICs. You have to set the multimeter to diode testing and measure the legs.

Thanks! The TDA7267, it is more powerful. It is a mono amplifier IC so for stereo application, you'll need two of these.

For guitar effect I think a better quality audio IC should be used like TDA7267.
