Room for 1 more intake fan at the bottom. Going for 120 aio would be a better choice. Since the you have an open case set up. It wouldnt matter

the AIO would be a better choice in your current situation IMO since your not using any 2 and a half inch ssds or hdds.

You may check the specifications. As what I remember ak500 is around 160ish mm. So if i remember it right for the fusion it cant fit

Hi! can you remove the front panel connections? i noticed it has screws so it might be removable :)

had the case for several months now, yes the front panel connector is removable. I have once inverted the case and the panel can be screwed on the bottom if you prefer the inverted style :)

In this configuration (M-ATX board + SFX PSU), is it possible to mount a 3.5" HDD onto the PSU bracket?

It would be impossible because of the extension cable for the psu

Its not required but you will be limited on some parts like a motherboard or you cant put an hdd
