Thank you for this tutorial and your channel I'm going to have as many wips as you do 😁. Because I have to be at work so early in the morning I don't have time to sit down and crochet/or knit a row or two so I listen to your Podcast as I get ready to go to work. Your laugh makes me laugh and your positive attitude is the way I like to start my day. I'm going to make this blanket can't wait to pick out my yarn. Can't decide if I want to make it in a solid or variegated color way. 😄😄😄

Juan, “I think it’s so nice I will have to make it twice!! 😂 I will either make 1 in blue with black and 1 in cream with lavender OR 2 gender neutral colors like the red heart favorite stripe, with a coordinating color or even alone, and I think I ordered red heart neon stripes and/or parrot. Either way I don’t think it could take long to make 2. Thanks for doing the tutorial for the blanket, you always make things easy to understand and follow. 💜🧶🤟🏼

Juan, I am fairly new to your channel and before this I’ve only seen you in chat mode about different things like coffee and yarn and such for some reason this is the first tutorial that I have caught. I loved it absolutely loved the beginning chain. how clever is that? I worked up a swatch in Sandy, neutral variate. It was beautiful. Did some calculations for yarn amount. Hope they’re right lol do wish when you’re video is a tutorial for a blanket. It would give us how much yarn you used for the blanket anyway I got it figured out now that my brain is totally twisted up ha I figured 1700 yards for a 40 x 50 blanket in the textured cabin stitch , hope it’s right. Thank you, I too, am a yarn addicti…so fun…😂

Question: when you are going to double crochet in the third stitch below, are you going through one (back loop) or through the stitch? I hope that makes sense. To me, it looked Iike you were only picking up one strand of yarn.
