I can't even find where to download the TNT2 Software. I have the book but would like the software

I don't get that prompt to select the book when I have tnt2 open and the dvd in the player. I'm guess I'm screwed as far as tnt2 is concerned?

I get exactly the same. Get the prompt to pick a book, but there's nothing to pick and I have to close the app.

I get the as far as the prompt to select a book and that's it there's nothing to select and the program wont even close

This software doesn't seem to work with window 8.1. Can anyone help?
