The Zoom Rooms JWT API feature was disabled on the 1st of June... I can't generate the key. Will you update this integration in another way?

Why did the schedule "expired" before the live session even started? In my case, there is an "Expired" menu between "All Meetings" and "Set API" at the header, and all live sessions that I created are all there.

Hi, I want tutor to start meeting from tutor lms dashboard. Zoom is giving options to inegereate through dashboard and launch the meeting, but when tutors create meeting it doesn't show on the course as well when tutor press join the meeting same tab opens again and again and tutor cant be able to join as a tutor. Meeting id and password is also empty even tutor chose password, and time zone changed to random! please can anybody resolve this issue?

Hi, Sorry about the delayed reply. You need to SAVE the API details first and then check the connection. If it does not work, please contact support.

Yes, if you do not add a video link, the video player will not appear on the lesson. You can have text only lessons.

@@tutorlms thanks for the response, so by this only site administrator can do zoom meetings bcz we can set only one api from backend. We can't add two api keys on tutor lms backend right.. So only the administrator can view the zoom button so instructors cannot play with zoom integration

Each instructor has the dashboard access with limited capability. The API details is saved on indevidual instructors profile. So, if the admin connects the API, the instructor will see the fields blank and the system will be ready to take new information. The admin's API can not be used because if the instructor needs to modify, delete or reschedule the call, he will always need the admins help. So, that would be a very bad experience. We are planning to release the frontend settings within this week.

@@tutorlms i got your point and understand that admin api can not be used but there's no place for instructors to give the api. I hope you will fix that soon so instructors also able to add zoom meetings. Just a clarification for now instructors can not add the zoom meetings right other than the administrator
