Es que no es para humedad, sino para condensacion de ambiente. La nueva pared no se encuentra en contacto con la vieja, por ende se debe mantener mas a la temperatura de ambiente evitando la condensacion.

Это видео подтверждает тот факт, что так вообще нельзя делать, так как точку росы еще больше приближает внутрь помещения, утеплять нужно снаружи!!! И грибок нужно было полностью удалить. Ужасное качество, через 2-3 года там все заплесневеет и сгниёт. Учите профессию
