I'm an old skool synthesizer musician and have seen and played on almost every toy that's ever built. I also worked for Alesis (sound design & beta testing) on the A6 Andromeda and their other synths and joined Hartmann to develop the Sound Bank II for the Neuron synthesizer. It's for the very first time that a software synthesizer makes me smile. Instand buy! The Gravity section is a work of a genius. Thank you Arturia you got me as a fan. Peace!

The Dx-7 emulation convinced me. I bought the V collection and don't regret it. I once owned a Dx-7. The battery died and, since I'm into jazz (acoustic instruments), I did not want to bother soldering. I created patches on the Arturia Buchla. Once you get into it, it's not that difficult but the results can sometimes be surprising.

A trick : watch movies at Flixzone. I've been using them for watching loads of movies during the lockdown.

I'm using synths since late 80th and I feel you completely. This made me smile too. The sound is excellent for a plugin also imo. You may know about it. I could imagine you'd love MOK Waverazor too. It's one of the most interesting soft synth of the last years imo. To program it is a pain but it's an amazing sounding synth with surprising output each time I use it. Cheers

Of all the V Collection, this is the one I resonate the most with. Polyphony and this incredible section make it really really great.

You Arturia team do an amazing job, those synth are pretty obscure back them, im must admit that the buchla easel are not as simple to use than à moog or an arp, but like the synthi it's full of experimental possibility.

How do I tell it to use the new sequencer rather than the 5 step one?

Shame on me.Every synthesis in V Collection is more than meets the eye!But I just stuck in “preset preview” for years, until saw these tutorials,I think it’s time to tweak one at least.

It's possible to map this all instrument to controlers (Launchpad and Akai) without a DAW? Mean... Direct from the VST?
@ArturiaOfficial7 жыл бұрын
Hi Alexandre, Yes it is possible thanks to the built-in MIDI learn feature. There is a dedicated button in top-right corner. Best regards,

Is gravity in all instruments or only in this one?
@ArturiaOfficial7 жыл бұрын
Hi Kvesti, The Gravity module is exclusive to Buchla Easel V. Best regards,

The UI is impressive but I am not convinced with the fidelity.
