wow, great demo! what an amazing sequencer! so many improvements on the microfreak sequencer! The gate length and spice feature with those sliders looks incredible! so many great ideas for a live performance

I think it would be a great option in the global menu to have the metronome only appear in the headphone out in case someone wants to create a sequence live but not have the audience hear the click. It would be a nice option for the count in to have an option of being two bars in length as well. Really loving the unique sound and functionality of my Minifreak. Bravo, Arturia!

Arturia I hope you read these! There's a couple features missing from the Minifreak like this one that feel like a no brainer and should be easy enough to implement. A separate volume or volume limit for headphone output would be great as well.

great video! is there a way to manually nudge the start time of notes on the step sequencer? rather than have to play them in perfect non-quantised timing. I guess the other option could be to edit synth parameters for each individual note but not entirely sure how that would work. Thanks!

I think the metronome should auto off if you are not recording or overdubbing but it plays if you hit the play button when you just want to play back your sequence to listen. Going back into the menu to turn it off hinders a live performance.

Bonjour, j'aprécie votre tutoriel. A l'étape 2.47 du pas à pas après l'enregistrement de la séquence, vous relancez le sequenceur et le sequenceur joue les notes enregistrées. Je n'obtiens pas le même résultat avec mon mnifreak. En effet rien ne se passe lorsque j'appuie sur play. Quelque chose m'a peut être échappé ou est ce que mon minifreak a un problème ?. Votre aide serait précieuse. Merci d'avance pour votre réponse.

Great video ! But how do i change the rate of the arpeggiator ? i.e 8th notes, 16th notes etc - sync with internal clock or external DAW ?

Hello, I have these questions. 1.- Sequencer Play/Stop button on the Hardware doesn't trigger the equivalent on Minifreak V. 2.- Arp notes played on the hardware does not sound on the V version. P.S. Both work well on the Hardware and the V.

Hey, a new user here and having some trouble with the sequencer. I watched this video but it doesn't show you how to delete entire steps/sequences. I was making a 32 step sequence and accidentally added another so now it's 48. I tried clearing all the sounds on the 3rd sequencer option but now it just loops with an empty track. Can someone please tell me how I can edit the length or delete a sequence to shorten it's loop length? And also, how I can change a sound patch to overdub on my current sequence without changing all the sounds on the notes already played on the sequencer? So I can have say 2 or 3 different sound patches playing in one sequence? Thanks for any help!

Is there no way to delete a step? I built out an awesome sequence and had all the modulation built out and accidentally added a third step and couldn't get it to go away

While the sequence is not playing, enter step recording mode, click on the third step and click the "Hold/Rest" button. I think that's how to do it.

Could anybody share presets limitations for sequencing? I can't make "Harp" (42 default on v.2.0 firmwares) real-time sequencing As step sequencing doesn't allow to keep single tone through sequencing I'm a bit disappointed with these issues Anyway being newbie is interesting in struggle Btw knobs hardware realization is garbage. They won't last even a month But overall experience is amazing
