Hi, Mam! The cash receipts and cash disbursements journals po are also considered as journals. Which means po na if naka-record na po either sa CRJ or sa CDJ, dapat po hindi na i-record sa General Journal since these transactions will be recorded twice kapag ni-record pa po sa GJ.

hi mam Elsa.space rental po ung business ko.pano po kung s expenses naglista po ako ng for maintenance (labor, rollup repair, etc), fare and gasoline ( BIR matters) , wala nmn po receipts un.hndi ko po pwde ilista sa disbursment record? di ko dn po ba un pwde ibawas s expenses ko if mgffile na ako ng ITR? thank u po mam.

THE TWO MAJOR TYPES OF BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS, NAMELY, JOURNAL AND LEDGER ●JOURNAL is a chronological record (day-by-day) of business transactions. It is called the book of original entry because it is the accounting record in which financial transactions are first recorded.(dito po unang nirerecord yung mga transactions bago sa ledger.) 2 Types of Journal 1. General Journal (GJ) -This type of journal is unique among journals because it may be used to record any type of business transactions.(Yung pagkakaintindi ko po dito. Dito po nirerecord yung mga transactions na hindi under nung apat na special journal(second type of journal) at hindi repetitive o kadalasan lang nangyayari yung transactionung 2. Special Journal -Used to record large number of transactions of frequent occurrence and of the same nature.(dito po nirerecord yung mga repetitive na transactions o kadalasan na mga transactions ng business) •4 Types of Special Journal 1. Cash Receipt Journal 2. Cash Disbursement Journal 3. Sales Journal 4. Purchase Journal ●LEDGER -The ledger is also called the “book of final entry” because all the balances in the ledger are used in the preparation of financial statements. - This is also referred to as the T-Account because the basic form of a ledger is like the letter “T”. -Dito po yung final destination ng mga nakasulat na transactions sa journal. 2 Types of Ledger 1. I record our books manually, but only the expenses incurred from the operations & sales also. I don’t record to the Journal book, no ledger book entries also. How will I Start all over again? Hi Ms. Elsa! For the cash receipts book, you mentioned that all transactions must have an equivalent receipt, right? How about for transactions that are below P100 where it is not required to issue an official receipt? Do I still need to record that transaction in my books? Thanks!

For VAT purposes po lahat ng transactions should be supported with receipts wala na po below 100 na hindi ka magresibo. For nonVAT, purchases below 25 pesos iponin mo during the day and isuue one receipt for all the transactions at the close of your business hour. At ang resibo na yan ang irecord mo sa books

Kaya pala ang sungit ng mga taga BIR dito sa amin tapos 'yung iba natutulog pa sa counter, dahil ang dami pala nilang inaasikaso na mga records at mga negosyante... So ayaw ko nalang (muna) kumuha ng business permit sa maliit kong dress shop, 😅 Total mas delikado sa penalties ang may business permits keysa sa wala. The only enemy ng mga walang business permit ay ang mga inggeterang marites na mga kapitbahay. 😅 Well thanks maam, very well explained. 😅🎉
