What is the difference between having storage type 005 is fixed bin and setting up strategy to another storage type. Why SAP has separate storage type and at the same time strategy. Will it be better option 005 storage type strategy would be fixed bin

I have a question. In a storage type let's say there are 100 bins, i want one material to be only placed on the first 3 bins. what parameters should i update so the putaway transfer order will only suggest either of the first 3 bins?

Do you mean Picking Strategies? If yes, there are mainly FIFO, LIFO etc.

addition to stock means that the system places goods in storage bins that already contain the same material. You're really lacking a lot of skills.
